the staff get back to you so fast and when i redeem it is less then 24 hours or less. i give the staff 5 stars i have to at thistime give the site 4 stars only because the games lag it was alot but it is getting much betteri only have this problem on a few games i also likethat you can play cards and they have many free turnaments sit and spin holdem i love it. iwould like to see some more high stakes sit and spins other then thatvery happy playing there
