Waiting on redemption payout since 9/14 it’s well over two months now. It’s buried in the TOS that it could take up to 90 days. I contact support on a weekly basis asking for updates, they say “we are passsing this along to our redemption team.” Then do absolutely nothing about it.

I opened account on this page, and after one bet on site and KYC process get e-mail: "your account is Failed KYC/AML check, we cannot allow you to continue playing." althougt I sent documents.If stg is wrong you should ask me another document, but they closed my acount without any specific explanation.
